Creativity
Engineering
uses the
positive humor and the core collaboration principles of Improv (comedy
and theater) to provide business, organizations, and teams
with inspiring,
unique, and innovative training seminars and speakers that
increase team building
collaboration, creativity, and motivation.
Virtually every business function
- team building, design and development, sales, marketing,
change management, organizational development, or customer
service - can be enhanced by our unique adaptation of Improv's
compelling innovative tools and principles.
Whether
you are looking for a speaker to address risk and change
management issues, or you are seeking
to rejuvenate innovation and creativity in your business
or
organization, we have a presentation to fit your needs.
With this in mind, the following seminars
are
designed to address your specific needs:
All of our training is built upon a highly
interactive seminar framework of empowering
humor that creates a compelling context in which people
will learn while laughing. Rather than
spending the majority of seminar time in mind-numbing
lecture or (virtually) motionless pencil and paper exercises,
participants engage in a dynamic process of problem solving
that requires both movement and continual collaboration.
In addition to providing innovative
productivity tools that are immediately useful, every
one of
our training seminars is infused with the laughter that is
a natural byproduct of Improv training. The inevitable
collision
of chaos and logic inherent in most Improv experiences is just
plain funny. The power of humor in life and organizations
is
well documented. Learning while laughing significantly
increases the retention of important concepts. Researchers
have found when workgroups actively engage in the innovation
process, those that laugh most readily and often are
more creative and productive than their more humorless counterparts.
