Outcomes Exceeding Expectations
Team Building and Creativity Training

As most of our clients are aware, the major cost of any seminar lies not in our actual fees but in their organizations dedication of the time and human resources to the training commitment. As a result, any new training commitment inevitably involves some risk. This means that outcomes are critical.

Although all our team building and creativity seminars designed to meet the unique needs of our clients, they do have a number of things in common. How we do it - The process of our team building and creativity seminars

Explaining the process of our Improv training is comparable to describing the experience of sailing; the actual experience is far richer than any description. Our favorite analogy to describe Improvs transformational process is that it closely resembles the process of jumping off a cliff and learning to design a pair wings on the way down. This means that our teambuilding / creativity training seminars involve- no boring lectures - we promise!

From the first moments of any Creativity Engineering training seminar, participants are engaged in the dynamic process of interactive discovery. Seminars begin with a brief description of the concept, techniques, and rules of Improv along with their relationship to team building and creative organizational growth and development. Immediately following this, trainers engage participants in a number of carefully designed Improv exercises that clearly illustrate the benefits of creative collaboration and productive risk taking. Beginning with engaging warm-up exercises, participants experience a learning and teambuilding process that is compellingly interesting, informative, and fun.

As the seminar progresses and participants become more comfortable with the form and its rules, our trainers pose engaging, interactive questions designed to build clear connections and associations between the groups experience and key issues that are vital to the goals of the organization.

The final segment of the seminar focuses on generating specific ideas and commitments about how the creative tools and team building skills of their Improv training will translate to work and life. Written materials are provided so that both individuals and teams can supplement their new team building and creativity skills long after the conclusion of the training. At the end of the training, participants are surprised and delighted to discover the ways in which their unique gifts, talents and visions have been empowered and freed-up.
